Qualitative insight mining is an increasingly growing and important field. In addition to understanding the ‘what’, it helps to unravel the ‘why’ of consumer behavior and also provides the socio-cultural context that can help explain how behaviour is shifting over time and why. However, being an effective Qualitative Researcher requires specific skill set and mind set. And this program seeks to address those needs using a novel approach of participants playing the role of a sleuth.
This program will be conducted with the following objectives in mind
• Train participants in the art of enquiring and insight mining.
• Teach the techniques and tools in qualitative practice and put them into action with actual consumer data.
• Build recognition for qualitative industry and encourage more talent into the industry by showcasing the discipline in its true form and on a more exciting platform.
